Terms and Conditions for Umrah Tour Packages
Emerald Tours and Travels (STB Licensed Travel Agent)
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all Umrah tour packages sold by Emerald Tours and Travels. By making a booking and/or payment, you agree to the following:
1. Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
- Full payment is due no later than 30 days before departure.
- For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is due immediately.
- All payments are managed under STB’s trust account or insurance framework.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
- All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
- This includes cancellations due to medical, personal, or visa-related reasons.
- No refunds for unused services, early returns, or no-shows.
3. Hotel Accommodation
- Hotels are subject to availability and may change.
- Equivalent or better hotels will be provided at no extra cost if changes occur.
- Final hotel confirmation will be shared before departure.
4. Meals
- Meals are provided daily through Farest buffet-style restaurants.
- Dietary requests are welcome in advance but not guaranteed.
5. Visa and Documentation
- Visa application support is provided but approval is not guaranteed.
- All visas are subject to approval by Saudi authorities.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months.
- Visa rejection does not entitle the participant to a refund.
6. Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- It should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss.
7. Health and Fitness
- All travellers must be fit for pilgrimage.
- Medical conditions must be declared at booking.
- The agency is not liable for health issues during the tour.
8. Itinerary and Services
- The itinerary may change due to operational or external factors.
- Suitable alternatives will be arranged if necessary.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We act as agents for airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
- We are not liable for third-party service failures.
- Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid.
10. Conduct and Compliance
- Travellers must observe Islamic conduct, local laws, and group guidelines.
- Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the tour at the traveller’s cost.
11. Consumer Protection
- Funds are protected under STB’s consumer protection regulations.
- In case of insolvency, redress is available through approved channels.
12. Acceptance of Terms
- By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.
